- Prestige and Nova series ( metal pedestals ) : beige (22), black (11), dark grey (33), and light grey (44) are standard colors.
- 4000 series (storage cabinets ) : beige (22), black (11), dark grey (33) and light grey (44) are standard colors.
- 8000 series ( industrial cabinet ) : beige (22), noir (11), dark grey (33), and light grey (44) are standard colors.
- Lockers are available : beige (22), and light grey (44).
- 7000 series ( shelving units ) : only available in light grey (44).
There are two (2) possibilities to indicate a color when ordering an item :

RETURNS
Merchandise may not be returned without prior consent. Upon approval, a repacking charge of 25% shall be deducted from the credit note in addition to any expenses incurred should reconditioning be necessary. Return shipping must be prepaid and merchandise in its original packing. Authorizations are invalid if merchandise is not returned within 30 days of Return Authorization.
SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
All equipment is carefully packed and inspected before shipment. Seller’s responsibility ceases when the carrier issues its receipt to seller. Inspect shipment on receipt. If pieces are missing or in bad condition, note full information on freight bill and delivery receipt. Important: when buyer gives the delivering carrier a clear receipt for a shipment, the carrier is relieved of further responsibility. Open cartons immediately. If damages are found, call carrier and request an inspection. Confirm this request in writing. Hold carton and unit for their inspection. This must be done within 15 days of delivery date. Written claim must be filed within 9 months of date of delivery.
Any claim for damage or shortage must be filed by you with the delivering carrier.
Seller will not accept return of merchandise damaged in transit.
